The Role:

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as clinical subject matter expert and liaison to the Technology and the Client Engagement/Sales teams
  • Develop and communicate clinical insight to key stakeholders

  • Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy and medical trends within the healthcare setting

Director of Client Engagement

The Role:

Remedy Analytics is looking for a full time Director of Client Engagement to join its growing team. Remedy is an industry leader in prescription drug benefit savings and analytics, the Director of Client Engagement will join a talented team of pharmacists, actuaries, engineers and industry experts to enhance current capabilities and drive new product lines. The Director of Client Engagement will work on all aspects of product and service delivery including Pharmalogic reporting and providing on-going advice and pharmacy benefit expertise, collaborating with our data and technology teams on analysis, leading RFP/procurement projects, auditing, market-check analysis, and providing exceptional actionable service to clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the strategic and tactical client relationship thus ensuring retention of clients and associated revenue
  • Assist with Pharmalogic reporting including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings within the pharmacy claim data
  • Manage the RFP/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts which includes creating project timelines and project plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating RFP via an on-line procurement tool, evaluation and assessment of PBM RFP responses, and creation of summary reports, financial analysis and presentations
  • Lead contract reviews and PBM contract negotiations
  • Manage the audit process for assigned accounts which includes creating a statement of work, leading kick-off calls with client and PBMs, assist with the data request coordination, preparation and presentation of the audit summary findings reports

Senior Regional Broker Sales Representative 

Remedy Analytics offers an outstanding opportunity to explore, understand and impact healthcare delivery. You will be on the front lines of client experience to discover, define, and deliver tools that provide unprecedented knowledge and actionable decision-making to lower the cost of healthcare. The Role:

Reporting to the CMO and CFO, the Senior Sales Representative is responsible for finding new broker-sourced client accounts within a certain North American territory and, once secured, growing and nurturing both the new client and the brokerage itself through upselling, cross-selling new services, and renewal. Execution of tasks ranges from initial prospecting and lead development all the way to contracting and beyond.  The Senior Broker Representative also assists in new-client onboarding and ongoing trouble-shooting, providing steady stewardship through each subsequent renewal. The typical engagement with Remedy has six-figure annual fees (and typically multiple-year lengths), so success is predicated on targeted strategic plans, strong collaboration with brokers and other parts of the Remedy business, excellent negotiation skills and objection handling, and delivery of customer value by building strong relationships and sophisticated solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet and exceed revenue quota through the management and execution of the sales process.
  • Prospect for new business (brokers and clients) and manage of all phase of the sales pipeline. Maintain a high lead-to- close conversion rate.
  • Employ consultative sales techniques to generate new opportunities and manage renewals, together driving accelerated growth.
  • Develop and build meaningful relationships with high-level, influential contacts at both the broker and client.
  • Collaborate closely with other Remedy sales and client-engagement functions to help ensure service levels and value-add needs are met
  • Maintain CRM activity log, showing progress through the pipeline and specific activities and next steps. All leads, opportunities, activities, contacts, customers’ explicit needs, advances and buying cycle status are captured and described in a timely manner.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, as requested, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, utilizing the CRM and other technology.
  • Suggest adjustments to, or customizations of, the content of sales-deck presentations by learning the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Learn and engage with Remedy’s PharmaLogicTM platform to ensure full comprehension for sales and client relationship activity.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results, client feedback, and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer requests by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management; etc.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the prescription drug business by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and remotely (unless in the Milwaukee area) serving a defined region that is known to candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales corporate environment, preferably in prescription-drug or health insurance-related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills.
  • Consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Possess a “hunter” attitude for strategic sales, adept at all phases of selling cycle, from lead creation, proposal preparation, negotiation to deal closure.
  • Ability to add value to the relationship by distilling, summarizing, interpreting and communicating information to facilitate its usefulness.

Remedy Analytics is looking for a full time Client Engagement Account Coordinator to join their growing team.  Remedy is already an industry leader in delivering prescription drug benefit savings and analytics. You will join a talented team of specialized pharmacy benefit management industry experts, clinicians, actuaries, engineers and technology experts managing the overall service and operational relationship of assigned accounts.  The Client Engagement specialist will work on all aspects of product and service delivery including RFP/procurement projects, auditing, market-check analysis, reporting and providing on-going advice and pharmacy benefit expertise.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Manage the internal RFP/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts which includes creating project timelines and project plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating RFP via an online procurement tool, evaluation and assessment of PBM RFP responses, and creation of summary reports, financial analysis and presentations.
  • Support PBM contract reviews and negotiations.
