Remedy is an industry leader in prescription drug benefit savings and analytics, the Director of Client Engagement will join a talented team of pharmacists, actuaries, engineers and industry experts to enhance current capabilities and drive new product lines. The Director of Client Engagement will work on all aspects of product and service delivery including PharmalogicTM reporting and providing on-going advice and pharmacy benefit expertise, collaborating with our data and technology teams on analysis, leading RFP/procurement projects, auditing, market-check analysis, and providing exceptional actionable service to clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the strategic and tactical client relationship thus ensuring retention of clients and associated revenue
  • Assist with PharmalogicTM reporting including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings within the pharmacy claim data
  • Manage the RFP/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts which includes creating project timelines and project plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating RFP via an on-line procurement tool, evaluation and assessment of PBM RFP responses, and creation of summary reports, financial analysis and presentations
  • Lead contract reviews and PBM contract negotiations
  • Manage the audit process for assigned accounts which includes creating a statement of work, leading kick-off calls with client and PBMs, assisting the audit department with the data request coordination, and preparation and presentation of the audit summary findings reports

Senior Sales Representative

Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Sales Representative is responsible for finding new client accounts within a North American territory and, once secured, growing and nurturing them through up-selling, cross-selling new services, and renewal. Execution of tasks ranges from initial prospecting and lead development all the way to contracting and beyond. The Senior Sales Representative also assists in new-client on-boarding and ongoing trouble-shooting, providing steady stewardship through each subsequent renewal. Success is predicated on targeted strategic plans, strong collaboration with other parts of the Remedy business, excellent negotiation skills and objection handling, and delivery of customer value by building strong relationships and sophisticated solutions.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed revenue quota through the management and execution of the sales process.

Job Description: 

As an Audit Engineer, you will run ad hoc analysis that does not conform to our standard process. You will load, run and verify data. Audit work will consist of calls with the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) contacts and the Remedy Client Engagement (CE) team. The position is responsible for formulating a highly customized framework and ad hoc SQL to complete the project. Audit work involves preliminary planning, audit execution, reporting, and true-up on all audit engagements. The audit engineer will assess internal controls based on interviews, data analysis, and transaction based testing. You will develop, prioritize, and conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate the effectiveness of PBM contracts, controls, accuracy of financial information. The audit engineer will also take lead of the ETL process for data and create, develop and maintain the current process. There is lots of opportunity for advancement and a profound impact on the team, technology and capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and develop the audit approach for assigned projects consistent with guidelines established by Remedy internal audit standards
  • Draft audit reports to effectively communicate the results of reviews and conclude results internally to the Client Engagement team
  • Track open audit observations and perform follow-up to evaluate the adequacy of remediation efforts with both PBM and CEs.
  • Participate in new systems development, significant process changes and re-engineering efforts throughout Remedy to monitor impacts to the core environment
  • Perform (daily/weekly) ad hoc requests as prioritized per department management
  • Aid in the training of new internal audit staff
  • Review staff work products to ensure its adherence with internal audit and department standards
