Senior Broker Sales Representative

Reporting to the CMO and CFO, the Senior Sales Representative is responsible for finding new broker-sourced client accounts within a certain North American territory and, once secured, growing and nurturing both the new client and the broker itself through up-selling, cross-selling new services, and renewal. Execution of tasks ranges from initial prospecting and lead development all the way to contracting and beyond. The Senior Broker Sales Representative also assists in new-client on-boarding and ongoing trouble-shooting, providing steady stewardship through each subsequent renewal. Success is predicated on targeted strategic plans, strong collaboration with the broker and other parts of the Remedy business, excellent negotiation skills and objection handling, and delivery of customer value by building strong relationships and sophisticated solutions.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed revenue quota through the management and execution of the sales process.
  • Prospect for new business (brokers and clients) and manage of all phase of the sales pipeline. Maintain a high lead-to- close conversion rate.
  • Employ consultative sales techniques to generate new opportunities and manage renewals, together driving accelerated growth.
  • Develop and build meaningful relationships with high-level, influential contacts at both the broker and end-client.
  • Collaborate closely with other Remedy sales and client-engagement functions to help ensure service levels and value-add needs are met
  • Maintain CRM activity log, showing progress through the pipeline and specific activities and next steps. All leads, opportunities, activities, contacts, customers’ explicit needs, advances and buying cycle status are captured and described in a timely manner.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, as requested, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, utilizing the CRM and other technology.
  • Suggest adjustments to, or customizations of, the content of sales-deck presentations by learning the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Learn and engage with Remedy’s PharmaLogicTM platform to ensure full comprehension for sales and client relationship activity.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results, client feedback, and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer requests by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management; etc.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the prescription drug business by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and remotely (unless in the Milwaukee area) serving a defined region that is known to candidate.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales corporate environment, preferably in prescription-drug or health insurance-related fields.

Financial Analyst – Client Engagement

Remedy Analytics is looking for a full time Financial Analyst to join our growing Client Engagement team.  The Financial Analyst will be on the front lines of client experience to discover, define, and deliver tools that provide unprecedented knowledge and actionable decision-making to lower the cost of healthcare. You will join a talented team of specialized pharmacy benefit management industry experts, clinicians, actuaries, engineers and technology experts managing the overall service and operational relationship of assigned accounts.  The Financial Analyst will work on all aspects of product and service delivery, including: RFP/procurement projects, auditing, market-check analysis, PharmaLogicTM reporting, and financial analytics that positively impact employers and patients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use proprietary financial analytics tools as well as Excel to dive deeply into client pharmacy and healthcare spending economics.
  • Assist with the development of methodologies, and assess outcomes and decision rubrics based upon the output of Remedy’s PharmaLogicTM
  • Manage the internal RFP (request for proposal)/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts, which includes creating project timelines and project plans, coordinating PBM data requests, creating an RFP via an online procurement tool, evaluation and assessment of PBM RFP responses, and creation of summary reports, financial analysis and presentations.
  • Actively assist with PBM contract reviews and negotiations, including modeling and outcome projections.
  • Manage the internal audit process for assigned accounts, including statement of work drafting, leading calls with client and PBMs, assisting with data audits, and preparation and presentation of the audit summary reports.
  • Assist with client reporting, including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings within the pharmacy claim data.

Project Analyst – Dev Ops Manager

Remedy Analytics is looking for a full time Development Operations Manager to join our growing Engineering team.  The Dev Ops Manager will be on the front lines of all product development to help manage, define, and deliver scalable product leveraging internal resources, best practices and methodologies. You will be part of a team building critical tools that provide unprecedented knowledge and actionable decision-making to lower the cost of healthcare. You will join a talented team of specialized pharmacy benefit management industry experts, clinicians, actuaries, engineers and technology experts managing the overall service and operational relationship of assigned accounts.  The Dev Ops Manager will work on all aspects of product and service delivery across the suite of technology products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve the efficiency of the development pipeline. Align the engineering and business stakeholders to ensure continuous development, testing and product delivery.
  • Clearly communicate across teams to ensure with the rapid productization of features and functionality to the PharmaLogicTM
  • Prioritize operational testing and user testing to assist with rapid development and client adoption — manage the full lifecycle pre-code to post-deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for improved automation, gaps in development, and actively work with key stakeholders to fill them.
  • Identify new tools and technology to improve the overall development lifecycle and workflow, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
  • Actively improve processes and development lifecycles linked to client reporting, including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings within the pharmacy claim data.
  • Collect and manage data flow from key data sources; follow-up on data gaps and work to ensure third parties provide accurate data. Improve data collection processes.

Audit Engineer

Remedy is looking for a full-time Audit Engineer to join the Milwaukee office. As a data Auditor, you will run ad hoc analysis that does not conform to our standard processes. Load, run and verify data. Audit work will consist of managing the data collection and IT liaison activities with PBMs and internal Remedy stakeholders. This role is responsible for formulating a highly customized framework and ad hoc SQL automation to complete the project. Audit tasks additionally involve preliminary planning, audit execution, reporting, and true-up on audit engagements. The data auditor will assess internal controls based on interviews, data analysis, and transaction-based testing. You will develop, prioritize, and conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate the effectiveness of PBM contracts, controls, accuracy of financial information. This role will also take lead of the ETL process for data and create, develop and maintain the current process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop the audit approach for assigned projects consistent with guidelines established by Remedy internal Audit Standards
  • Track open audit observations and perform follow-up to evaluate the adequacy of remediation efforts with both PBM and CE
  • Participate in new systems development, significant process changes and re-engineering efforts throughout the Company to monitor impacts to the core environment
  • Draft audit reports to effectively communicate the results of reviews and conclude results internally to CE
  • Perform (daily/weekly) ad hoc data analytics requests as prioritized per Department Management
  • Aid in the training of new internal audit staff
  • Review staff work products to ensure its adherence with Internal Audit and Department standards
  • Re-evaluate system functionality to identify opportunities for efficiency through optimized processes and additional automation
  • Execute components of special projects as assigned; may be responsible for coordinating activities with others in the department to produce reports and other deliverables within the prescribed timeframe
  • Develop the necessary tools, templates and reporting required to support any/all process improvement initiative
  • Analyze master files, profiles, and table changes to ensure all changes are appropriately entered
